1. Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when you received it. Returns are only accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. Personalized/custom-made items are not eligible for return.

2. Return Procedure:
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at service@themarkerlocker.com within the 30-day period. Clearly mark the order number on the outside of the package and send the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method to the address provided.

3. Return Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

4. Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Refunds will include the cost of the item and any applicable taxes. If you received promotional or discounted item(s), the refund will be adjusted accordingly to that purchase price. You will receive an email notification once the refund is processed.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Service team at service@themarkerlocker.com within 7 days of receiving the item to request a return or replacement.
We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect to expedite the resolution process.

6. Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return procedure and place a new order for the desired item separately.
